Presenting the sponsorship, Bank of Valletta head of public relations Michael Galea said: “Bank of Valletta, as a leading patron of local arts and culture, regularly supports local artists. We are pleased to assist Anton Grech with his exhibition in Germany. The artist’s initiative will also help to promote Malta’s rich cultural heritage beyond our shores.”

Artist Anton Grech was chosen to represent Malta by the selection committee in Berlin, in conjunction with the Association of German Galleries. He will exhibit eight paintings in the foyer of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation, where the inauguration of the whole project Gallery Tour will take place. The show includes paintings of the past 10 years giving an overview of Mr Grech’s artistic development, living and working in Italy, Germany and Malta.
