The OPM said that the work in question was not scheduled to be carried out this year because the damage occurred late in 2003. The damage is being evaluated and will form part of the programme of works by the Roads and Urban Development Ministry in 2005.
The OPM hoped that the “Senglea mayor took the opportunity to demonstrate to the Leader of the Opposition the works that the government has undertaken in the Senglea and in the whole Cottonera region.”
