Claude L. Roy, president, has decided to retire for personal reasons. The board announced that Margrith Lutschg-Emmenegger has been appointed president from executive vice-president.
Mehdi Ouazzani Hassani has retired from his post as vice chairman. Dr John C. Grech has been appointed vice-chairman effective immediately.
