Ramona Vassallo, 33, pleaded guilty to stealing a black pouch containing a mobile phone, a wrist-watch, a
necklace, three rings and other items from a Spanish 22-
year-old, Roberto Santos Nunez.
Presiding magistrate Antonio Mizzi granted the woman bail against a Lm1,000 personal guarantee.
Judgement was deferred until a pre-sentencing report is drawn up.
Inspector Angelo Caruana prosecuted.
