Ronald Busuttil, aged 21, from Ghaxaq, was charged with possessing and growing a cannabis plant. He was also accused with possessing ecstasy and LSD.
Magistrate Lawrence Quintano presided over the court.
Superintendent Neil Harrison prosecuted while Dr Robert Abela and Dr Lydia Zerafa appeared for the accused
