Ruben Ellul faced additional charges of cocaine trafficking and ecstasy and LSD possession and Thomas Spagnol was also charged with breaching the terms of a previous sentence.
The court was presided over by Magistrate Lawrence Quintano.
Superintendent Neil Harrison prosecuted while Dr Robert Abela and Dr Lydia Zerafa appeared for the accused.
