Yousef M. Alfisi, 33, residing in St Paul’s Bay, admitted tampering with telephone lines between May and September. Prosecuting inspector Bernard Zarb told the court that Alfisi said the casing of the telephone line in question had been partially stripped off. The man decided to continue stripping the casing and attach his telephone to the line.
Alfisi also admitted relapsing in view of previous convictions. Magistrate Jacqueline Padovani Grima presided over the court.
