Valletta Teenager accused of stealing mobile phone

Fabian Sciriha, 19, pleaded not guilty to threatening and detaining Elvik Ciantar against his will on 28 September.
He was also accused of stealing Mr Ciantar’s Nokia 3310 mobile phone. The court ordered that the accused be remanded in custody. Police inspector Josric Mifsud prosecuted while Dr Edward Gatt appeared for the defence.
