At around 10pm, police were informed that a fight had broken out in Dragonara Road, Paceville.
Four young men were injured during the fight, which is understood to have occurred outside one of the establishments in the area.
Three men from Birkirkara, aged 18, 21 and 22, were seriously injured while an 18-year-old from Qormi sustained slight injuries.
