Kevin Borg, 39 from Birkirkara, admitted causing Lm115 worth of damage to his wife Josephine’s 321 Metro and breaching the peace at 5.30pm on 1 March 1999. Since he cooperated with police and offered to pay for the damage he caused, the court, presided over by Magistrate Abigail Lofaro, ruled he should be given a suspended prison sentence and ordered to pay for the damage.Inspector Simon Galea prosecuted.
