Carmel Agius, 55 from Paola, was given a suspended sentence for damaging and tampering with a bus ticket vending machine to the detriment of the Malta Transport Authority (ADT).
Magistrate Saviour Demicoli presided over the court while inspector Bernard Zarb prosecuted.
