Keith Pace, aged 23, from Marsa, who allegedly injured PS Gordon Borg, was accused of copying music, Playstation games and films onto 116 CDs and with breaching copyright laws, using obscene language in public and relapsing in view of previous convictions.
Magistrate Abigail Lofaro presided over the court. Inspector I.J. Abdilla prosecuted and Dr Franco Debono appeared for the accused.
