Speaking to the PN’s Gozo committee, Dr Borg said that the activities to be organised this weekend will help the party go into detail on issues that carried a lot of importance.
He said the PN enjoyed great support in Gozo, and this enabled it to keep in contact with all sectors of society there. He said that the PN must work hard, even in areas where it was strong, because it is from Nationalist strongholds that the party could lose the most.
The party must work to be more inclusive, said Dr Borg, while at the same time taking the middle road. This might be the most difficult to take, but without doubt it would pull in more people and, at the same time, would enable the party to exercise balanced politics.
