ADT Demand trench be closed

The ADT filed a writ in the first hall of Civil Court yesterday demanded the trench be filled in and the road be restored to its original state. The illegal trench is causing traffic problems and the ADT is holding both companies responsible for any damage caused by this trench. If the trench is not closed by Saturday, the ADT said it will rectify the situation at the expense of the company responsible.
The writ was filed by Dr Nicolette Cassar.
