Cecil Pace is the special guest in Saviour Balzan’s programme; Int X’tahseb?

In the programme Saviour Balzan speaks to Cecil Pace on his former private bank Bical Bank and the reasons that led the government to close down the bank.

Saviour Balzan also asks Cecil Pace about the vast assets that were sold to supposedly pay back the depositors. He questions why 32 years later, the depositors have not yet been paid. And why the liquidation of the assets did not leave enough for the depositors.
