The objective of the scheme is to focus on people with disabilities in order to increase the successful integration of this target group in the labour market. The scheme provides the assistance of job coaches and/or personal assistants to the disabled persons so that they can achieve the skills needed for a particular job. In addition, and if the need arises, allowances to employers can be offered to encourage long-term employment retention.
