Ten top international TGI Friday’s bartenders, including Maltese bartender Kevin Cacciattolo, winner of the local Bartender Challenge on 1 September, will be assessed on bar-flaring, pouring of wine, beer and spirits, fruit and mixes sensitivity, wine bottle opening, drinks recipes, suggestive selling, food knowledge and speed of service. Judges will be scrutinizing their performance – only the best bartender will make it to the top prize and automatic participation in the World Bartender Championship, which will be held in the Bahamas in March next year.

The competition/performance commences at 7pm. The event is officially sponsored by Budweiser and X-FM 100.2.
