National Forum on cultural heritage, culture and the arts

The annual forum is to address the important issue of the strategic plan for cultural heritage and will be open to sector-wide participation of those involved, including the superintendence of cultural heritage, the agency, the centre, the committee, the Catholic Cultural Heritage Commission, the Religious Cultural Heritage Commissions, government departments and entities, the mayor of each local council or his/her representative, non-government organisations registered with the superintendence as organisations aiming at the protection of the cultural heritage, the University of Malta, other educational institutions, specialists, consultants,

representatives of the commercial sector and any other parties registering their interest in writing to the Tourism and Culture Ministry.

The forum will also discuss the national cultural and arts policy in force from time to time, and the state of culture and the arts in general after hearing a report thereon prepared by the executive director.
