Espadon Bar ended the year in style by claiming victory in the Christmas Cup tournament organised by the Malta Pool Association at Pandora Hall Zejtun.

With great determination, Espadon Bar players thrashed Hibs Pavillion side with a final score of 10-3.

On their way to the final Espadon ousted Espadon Bar B 10-4, Taste Good Bar 10-7 and Top Gun Bar 10-7 in the semi finals while Hibs Pavilion overcame Trust Pub 10-7, St. Michael’s Bar 10-9 and Senglea Bocci Club 10-8.

Espadon Bar team was composed of Brian Grech, Christopher Tabone, Duncan Bezzina, Christ Mills, Mario Vassallo, Christ Cortis, Adrian Camilleri, Pierre Cremona, John Grixti and Glenn Camilleri while Hibs Pavillion team was made of Kevin Grech, Stephen Mangion, John Lombardo, Alex Camilleri, Joseph Tabone, Raymond Demanuele, Saviour Brignone, Rudolph Gellel, Marco Bonello and Kenneth Mallia Milanes.
