Premier League leaders Valletta were yesterday beaten 4-0 by visiting Dutch first division side Willem II Tilburg at the Hibs Ground.

The citizens suffered all the goals in the last 30 minutes as the Dutch converted their superiority into goals.

For Valletta, Nigerian striker Chris Oretan was among the starters but had a rather quiet match, while also Jaroslav Marx made a welcome return to the side after his injury. He played in the first half.

Willem II Tilburg will play a second match against Birkirkara next Friday, also at the Hibs Ground.
