The first APS Bank Handball Youth Festival was organised by the Malta Handball Association thanks to a group of volunteers. Six mixed teams of junior boys and girls were formed.

All in all 15 matches were played with the Ibiza and Galapagos teams finishing first with 13 points, followed by Zanzibar with 11 points, Hawaii and Bali 9 points and Maldives 5 points.

A very enjoyable and promising morning was brought to an end when Mr Andrew Attard, a marketing manager of APS Bank Ltd, distributed certificates to all participants.

Roslyn Debattista and Isabelle Camilleri conducted the activity, whilst the matches were officiated by Tanya Baldacchino, Matthew Mamo and Keith Bartolo.
