Master Distributors Ltd recently hosted Florent Thibaut from wine makers Marques de Caceres from Spain’s prestigious Rioja region. During his business trip to Malta, Mr Thibaut had the opportunity to address a wine tasting session organised by Master Distributors for a number of clients, restaurateurs and members from the media inside the Manoel Theatre’s courtyard.

The event was ushered by a passionate 10-minute performance from flamenco dancer Rosanna Maya, thus setting the ideal mood for all the guests present during the event.

Rioja is the most traditional and prestigious wine region in Spain and due to the high quality and unique personality of its wines has been both ambassador and pioneer of Spanish wines throughout the major worldwide markets. Due to the rigorous controls as well as the very high demands on quality carried out on the productions of this region, Rioja is the only denomination in Spain that can boast the DOC title.
