Kellogg's, the nutritious breakfast cereal, is for the seventh consecutive year sponsoring the annual Sports Manifestation Day to be held today at the Hibs Ground Kordin. The general public, in particular the many young sports enthusiasts, is invited to attend. Entrance is free of charge.

This event is organised by Skolasport, one of the programmes administered by the Kunsill Malti ghall-iSport, and is held to mark an end of season of Skolasport's winter programme.

During the Skolasport Manifestation Day, all the participants attending the three sports programmes (Foundation, Participation and Performance), and who train every Saturday at Skolasport will be present.

The programme of this year's Kellogg's Skolasport Manifestation Day is very varied and entertaining. Commencing at 8:45am, the programme opens with circuit games which all Skolasport participants will take part in. There will be circuit games for children between 5 years and 10 years, open sports activities for young people between 11 years and 16 years and fitness sessions for parents. Parents may also attend to a talk on lifestyle, which will be delivered by Kathryn Borg and which being organised especially for the occasion.

To continue with the trend of past editions of the Manifestation Day, entertainment will this year be provided by Chiara, fresh from her participation at the Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev, in which she placed second. Her performance will kick off at 10:35 am. This will be followed by a gymnastics demonstration by GymStars which will be held at 10.45am.
