Illegal Immigrant reportedly tried to commit suicide

An illegal immigrant tried to commit suicide by hanging himself yesterday at around noon at the detention centre at the Police Headquarters, unconfirmed reports said yesterday.
Police officials managed to intervene in time and took him to St Luke’s Hospital.
