Senglea Athletic FC have appointed Dragan Zivkovic as their new coach.

Zivkovic, who came to Malta over nine years ago at the time when Kosanovic was national coach, is experienced as a coach after having spells with the MFA, Naxxar and Rabat.

Senglea are this year making a bold effort to win promotion to the Premier Division and new club president Michael Mercieca is hopeful that Zivkovic’s appointment will produce the desired results.

Zivkovic will be working on a vigorious time-table with the main aim of winning promotion to the Premier League as Senglea want to celebrate their centenary anniversary in style.

Meanwhile Senglea are expected to start pre-season training on Monday, 25th July.
