Floriana FC announced yesterday that Adama Diao – the younger brother of Liverpool star, Salif Diao – has signed a two year deal with the club.

Following a successful 10-day trial with the Greens, Diao was offered the contract by Floriana.

Diao is a central defender and last year played for Paris FC in the French second division. Floriana have also confirmed that they have secured the services of Hamrun Spartans player Keith Fabri on a three year deal.
