Following a very successful 2004/5 season the Malta Table tennis Association is expecting another increase in the number of teams taking part in the Malta National Table Tennis League.

Last year the Malta Table Tennis Association added another division to cope with the many new players and teams wishing to take part, and this year it expects to add another.

All matches will again be played on 12 tables at the University Sports Gymnasium every Monday and Friday evening starting at 7.30p.m. With each team playing one match per week.

Due to the limited days allocated for the sport at the University the association is forced to limit the number of entries in the League, and therefore it is kindly requesting all new teams to send their applications as soon as possible in order not be disappointed.

As usual teams will consist of a minimum of three players.

Anyone who may be interested to know more about entering a team for the 2005-2006 season should contact the Malta Table Tennis Association without delay.

The season is scheduled to start on 3 October 2005.

Closing date for team entry is 26 August 2005.
