The Employment and Training Corporation, recently concentrated part of its activities in Gozo.

Several persons registering for work were called in for interviews at ETC offices in Xewkija.

In the meantime, a number of ETC inspectors inspected 64 catering establishments. The inspection was carried out in an evening. In these establishments, 248 persons were interviewed, of which 83 (33 per cent) were found to be working irregularly.
