Maltese Nights At The Terrace

Members of the press were recently invited to the launch of the Westin Dragonara Resort’s Maltese Nights at The Terrace.

Situated on the Resort’s main Pool Deck, offering breath-taking sea views, The Terrace Restaurant has now launched a lavish buffet every Wednesday night, the theme of which is typical Maltese cuisine such as the traditional goats cheese, octopus, aljotta (fish soup) and fresh figs and honey rings for desert. Created by top chef John Hornsby, this buffet promises the widest possible choice of delectable dishes ever.

The buffet also offers a vast selection of Maltese wines for diners to choose from and includes a complimentary Sangria as a welcome drink.

Between 7.30pm and 11pm live performers will keep you entertained. Local talents range from strolling musicians to a half-hour folklore show.
