The well-established local drama company Bronk Productions will be launching a new television series entitled Miraklu on Super 1 TV as from next January.
This new series builds on the high level of professionalism sustained by the company’s previous TV drama series, Sahta fuq Uliedi, and is based on the same real life scenario.
This production is written and directed by Dominic Said and brings together a classy cast of actors, some established together with a few new ones, to create an atmosphere that is truly miraculous – as the name of the series implies.
The story takes place in a village where a girl discovers that she has the power to heal. How does the village react to this? Might she be a witch?
And who is creating tragic situations? Why is the parish priest dead set against all this? Who are those who are doing well? What is happening in the cloister in the dead of night? Is it true that there is a miraculous picture? Does a miracle truly happen in the end?
There is all this and much more in the new series by Bronk Productions beginning on Super 1 TV in January. It will be broadcast every Thursday at 8.30pm, with a repeat on Sunday at 1.30pm.
