Homes of Quality, a member of the Frank Salt real estate group of estate agents, is setting a new first in Malta and Gozo.

It is the first real estate company in Malta to be run and manned entirely by the fairer sex. Worldwide real estate reports say that females excel in the home-selling business, something that has been proved without a shadow of a doubt over many, many years.

Homes of Quality realised that without pre-planning, their entire staff compliment were women, so a challenge is out there for them to justify the international assessments.

So, a new first, and a firm commitment to prove that the service given by a team of first class ladies, will be second to none.

The team is managed by Tessa Pisani who is helped by sales consultants Josianne Degaetano, and Vanessa Sammut Caesario. They are ably assisted by the secretarial staff composed of Charlotte Grech, Karen Buhagiar and Nadya Distefano.
