Senegalese Adama Diao has been registered as Floriana’s third foreigner and will be available for next match against Msida.
He will be replacing Brazilian midfielder Andre Rocha Da Silva, who, according to the club’s official website, has been released.
The Greens hope the addition of Diao will benefit the team.
Earlier Floriana had also captured international defender Ian Ciantar from Sliema on loan for one season.
Ciantar had been on loan with Floriana last season, but his appearances were limited as he suffered an injury which kept him out till the end of the season.
His experience in the game shall definitely compliment the talent of the young players forming part of this season’s Floriana squad.
Two new foreigners for Hamrun
