Champions and KO winners Hamrun Liberty are preparing in earnest for the new season and they have just announced the arrival of Addison Bonnici among their ranks.

Bonnici, a national team player, will be strengthening the Hamrun side as it strives to defend the title and KO wins they achieved last season.

The former Footwork player will present more options to coach Alfred Mifsud who will again be in charge of the team.

Hamrun have also acquired the services of Ray Muscat who will be coaching the junior section.

A meeting for all players willing to play for the Hamrun junior teams is being held at the club on Monday 5 September at 7pm.

Anyone interested in taking up the game of basketball is invited to attend.
