Assistant women’s team coach Alfred Zammit said yesterday Tuesday’s match against Croatia will see the team introducing some new faces as some of the older ones, such as Dione Tonna and Michelle Grech, are missing.

He said there are some promising youngsters coming from the schools and hoped these would emerge as real talent in the near future.

He also appealed to the MFA to have the women’s league played on grass as was the case in most of the other competitions.
