Malta faces The Ukraine today in the first match of its commitments in the first international tournament in Viseu, Portugal at 5pm.

Mark Miller’s squad is made up of the following players:

Goalkeepers: Henry Bonello (Sliema W.), Bernard Paris (Birkirkara).

Defenders: Edmond Agius and Jonathan Caruana (Hibernians), Steven Bezzina and Brendon Bonnici (Valletta),Clifford Gatt Baldacchino (Sliema W.).

Midfielders: Andrei Agius (Messina, Italy), Matthew Bartolo and Dyson Falzon (Mosta), Clayton Failla and Jonathan Pearson (Hibernians), Duncan Pisani (Floriana), Joel Sammut Vasquez (Birkirkara), Joseph Vassallo (Melita).

Strikers: Angus Buhagiar (Floriana), Anthony Vassallo (Birkirkara) and Dylan Zarb (Valletta).

Malta plays its second match against Poland or Portugal (who also meet today in the other match), on Thursday at 4pm.
