Kerygma’s first division team won last weekend’s first official volleyball tournament of the season in which Fleur De Lys FEB and San Anton Beer Garden also took part.

This was a good opportunity for all three coaches to try various tactics and team formations before the forthcoming season, especially after the long summer break.

All games were controlled by the Malta Volleyball Association’s international referees.

In the final Kerygma beat Fleur De Lys FEB with the score of 2-0.

The organisers were aided by Palmali Ship management Ltd.to make this tournament possible and the trophies were presented by MVA President, Mr. Hector Chetcuti.
