Former international goalkeeper, Ernest Barry has come out of retirement after being appointed the new goalkeepers’ coach with Floriana FC this week. His contract runs till the end of the season.Thirty eight-year old Barry, who played for various Maltese clubs, had retired after playing for Valletta in season 2002/03.

Barry will be coaching Floriana’s keepers Simon Agius and David Farrugia for the coming two difficult league matches against Sliema and Birkirkara
