The Malta Basketball Association has announced that the 11th Meeting of the board of FIBA (International Basketball Federation) Europe will be held in Malta.

The top executive board of FIBA Europe, will be meeting between Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 November at the Radisson SAS Bay-point.

MBA President Antonio Mizzi said that this is yet another confirmation that the local association is held on high terms with FIBA. “Top FIBA executive members have always shown respect to our country and to our game,” said Magistrate Mizzi.

This meeting means a lot of work for the MBA but this will only continue to encourage the association to organise such meetings from which the local game can only benefit.
