Coach Pierre Brincat has named a provisional women’s squad for the forthcoming match against Slovenia on Sunday.

It is the following:

Goalkeepers: T. Dimech, R. Tagliaferro.

Defenders: M. Azzopardi, R. D’Agostino, CM Fenech, LA Galea, N. Pace, AJ Scicluna, AM Vella.

Midfielders: T. Agius, J. Coates, M. Deguara, R. Gatt, K. Lia, D. Theuma, D. Tonna.

Strikers: Y. Carabott, K. Saliba.

The match, in Slovenia, kicks off at 1pm and the referee will be Ms Venera Muradova from Azerbaijan.

The Maltese contingent will be headed by Ms Anna Agius, a member of the MFA Women’s Football Committee. They leave Malta tomorrow at 11.30am.
