A generous donation from APS Bank has made it possible for a new reception centre to be built at Is-Simar Nature Reserve which is due to open today. The reserve is managed by BirdLife Malta.

From today until May, BirdLife Malta will be opening the reserve to the public from 12.30pm to 4.30pm every Sunday, except on public holidays.

Entrance through the main gate to is-Simar Nature Reserve is behind the parking area at the bottom of Xemxija Hill in Triq il-Pwales, St Paul’s Bay.
