Kucharski is currently head coach of the Polish female national team and, in 2003, was coach of the Polish youths who succeeded in winning a gold medal in the European Youths Team Championships.

Kucharski holds many prestigious international victories be it as a singles player, where he succeeded in reaching the world number 11 rank, or as a doubles competitor, where he held the Polish and other international titles for a number of years.

Kucharski was in Malta as a guest of the Malta Table Tennis Association as part of a development programme organised by them in association with the European Table Tennis Association.

Batman Table Tennis Clinic is situated in Tarxien and forms part of the Gymstars complex. Although BTTC is the latest table tennis school to open in Malta, it is currently the largest permanent table tennis venue in Malta with nine full size tables as well as several specially-built mini tables for students from six years of age.
