All the top players in Malta will be among 62 players who will be taking part in the second edition of the Pro-Am tournament.

This will start next Monday 21 November and is being held at the Balluta Band Club in Sliema.

Local and current European champion Alex Borg will be among the top players taking part. These include Simon Zammit, Guzi Grech, Mario Brincat and Duncan Bezzina. Two English players residing in Malta, Steve Copeland and Richard Lewis, will also be taking part.

The tournament will have a massive prize money of Lm558.

The organiser is Vince Pisani who is also staging a Malta Open Under 16 championship where the best eight players from Malta and one from Gozo will be taking part.
