Recently, the Valletta United Fortina Restaurants organised an activity for its players and club officials at the Hotel Fortina Spa Resort, Sliema.

During such activity, the club rewarded Mario Zammit after he was named ASA Water polo Player of the Year 2005 for Division Two.
