The Malta Amateur Athletic Association has given the green lights for Birkirkara St Joseph Sports Club to hold the final race of the Birkirkara 5K Road Running Series 2005 on Saturday, 7th January. This race was postponed on 13 December due to the prevailing weather conditions.

The race will start at 2.30pm in front of the Birkirkara Local Council. The Birkirkara by-pass will be closed for traffic by the police between 2.15pm. and 3.15pm. Race registrations will be accepted up to half an hour before the start of the race.
