Chelsea Supporters Club have announced that Chelsea FC will be sending the trophies won last season to Malta.

The Premier League Championship Trophy and the FA Community Shield will be arriving in Malta on Friday 27 January. Ms Diane Broom, Chelsea Football Club Supporters Club Manager, will be accompanying these trophies.

Chelsea Supporters Club – Malta have also extended the invitation to a number of players from past and current Chelsea teams to accompany the trophies.

The first event will be a Press Conference at the InterContinental Malta, St George’s Road, St Julian’s. This will be followed by an invitation to representatives of all the Nursery clubs in Malta and Gozo at the InterContinental Malta, where they will be able to meet the Chelsea personalities and view the trophies.

In the evening the committee of Chelsea Supporters Club – Malta will be hosting a welcome dinner in honour of the guests from Chelsea and past members of the committee at the Hotel Kennedy Nova, Gzira.

On Saturday 28 January the trophies will be on display at the Sound Machine Digital World in Birkirkara.

The highlight of the visit will be a grand reception on Saturday, 28 January at 8pm.

Tickets for the reception cost Lm10 for adults and Lm5 for Juveniles (Under-16) and Members of Chelsea Supporters Club – Malta will be entitled to a photo with the trophies.
