The Wilkinson Sword winter league continues this afternoon at the Tal-Qroqq Pool where the local giants, Neptunes and Sliema, should be able to win their encounters against San Giljan and Marsaxlokk respectively.

In fact, despite being a derby, Neptunes should be able to easily beat their neighbours San Giljan and register a second consecutive win after their impressive performance against Sliema on the opening day last week.

It will be the first match for the Saints having had a rest day last weekend.

Sliema should find little trouble in beating Marsaxlokk who suffered a heavy 19-2 defeat at the hands of Sirens last week.

The St Paul’s Bay side will not be in action this weekend.
