Valletta’s Argentine striker, Sebastian Omar Monesterolo, has signed a new one-year contract with Valletta FC. The news was announced on the club’s official website.
Sebastian Omar Monesterolo, joined Valletta FC during last January’s transfer window, signing an initial end-of-season contract. Since then he has settled down well in his new surroundings and has already become a hero with the City fans.
His scoring abilities – seven goals in seven matches – have convinced the City committee to reach a new agreement with the Argentine striker, whose contract now expires in June of next year.
The Valletta FC website said Monesterolo thanked all Valletta supporters and officials for making him feel at home during the past three months with Valletta. He was also appreciate towards the supporters, club committee and supporters’ club for fulfilling his wish to bring over to Malta his wife and kid.
