On the occasion of the official launch on the local market of the 7 Chef range of frozen dessert preparations, Poultry Products Ltd (EORC Group) and Gruppo Guerra, an Italian company specialising in baking aids and confectionery mixes, recently hosted a number of Maltese confectioners, patisseries, restaurant owners and ITS students to a technical and practical presentation at Villa Arrigo.

Anthony L. Psaila, general manager Poultry Products Ltd. gave an overview on the association and the collaboration that exists between the EORC Group and Guerra.

Daniele Barbato (Guerra senior sales manager) and Sylvie Founereau (export sales & marketing manager at Guerra) introduced the 7 Chef Range which includes seven products: Crema Pasticcera, Crema Catalana, Cuore di Cioccolato, Tortino al Cioccolato, Tiramisu, Semifreddo alla Vaniglia and Sorbetto al Limone.

The introduction was followed by a technical and practical presentation by Renato Foscari, who was instrumental in the development of the range.
