The 12 edition of Scream Magazine has been published.
Entirely produced by third and fourth year B. Communications students at the Centre of Communications Technology within the University of Malta, this publication has developed higher standards over the years.
Scream Magazine is the practical part of the credit in printing processes coordinated by Dr Gorg Mallia.
This year’s magazine effectively addresses issues of accessibility. The cover of the magazine includes the magazine’s website address embossed in Braille. The Scream website, built on the FITA guidelines offers the possibility for visually impaired people to listen to the articles, and join in on this adventure.
This year’s magazine also incorporates the use of special metallic inks. These new inks were used for the first time in the Maltese islands in this year’s Scream Magazine. The Scream Magazine is partly printed on recycled paper in order to safeguard the environment.
