Birkirkara forward, Michael Galea, has selected Wonderland Ward to benefit from the BOV social donation linked to the Player of the Month Competition. The prolific striker, who is currently heading the scorers’ list with 19 goals and has more than played his part in reviving his team’s title hopes, has been named BOV Player of the Month for March 2006.

Charles Borg, Executive Head CEO’s Office at Bank of Valletta presented the BOV Player of the Month Trophy to Michael Galea during a visit to Wonderland Ward. During the same visit, Galea presented the donation to Dr Victor Calvagna, the ward’s consultant. The funds will support initiatives undertaken at Wonderland Ward directed at improving the environment for the benefit of the children undergoing treatment and their families.
